Vinny Guinasso has worked in health & welfare consulting for over 6 years. Prior to joining Rael & Letson, Vinny led the Seattle office’s analytics department for an international consulting firm, where he focused primarily on health plan analytics, financial projections, underwriting, and renewal strategy.  He supported large, self-funded single-employer groups during this time.  He joined Rael & Letson in January 2026, where his primary clients include UFCW/retail, construction, and transportation/trucking industries.  He specializes in health & welfare multiemployer consulting services that include developing budget projections, contributions, facilitating carrier renewal negotiations, underwriting analysis, and designing benefits packages for self-funded and fully-insured group programs.  Vinny has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Central Washington University.
