Kateryna Pryor is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries with nearly a decade of actuarial experience. Prior to joining Rael & Letson in March 2025, Kateryna served California public agencies on a variety of retiree health issues including compliance with GASB Statements 74/75. She’s also an expert in GASB Statement 68 reporting for CalPERS cost-sharing plans, having worked with hundreds of agencies over the years on this important public sector reporting requirement. As a part of Rael & Letson, she continues to assist California public agencies with GASB compliance while also producing postretirement welfare valuations under FASB ASC 965 for multiemployer trust funds. Kateryna graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with an M.S. in Social Informatics, specializing in “Statistics in Insurance and Banking.
