Bruce Cable will be moderating a session called “Retirement Plan Merger Overview” on Monday, November 10 and Tuesday, November 11 where panelists will discuss administrative, implementation and compliance issues; defined benefit and defined contribution concerns; zone status issues; and governance issues.
Bruce is CEO of Rael & Letson and a consulting actuary who has practiced in the pension field for more than 40 years. From his 30+ years of multiemployer experience and his leadership roles, Bruce has developed a strong understanding of the multiemployer marketplace and multiemployer consulting. Bruce has been active with the IFEBP where he led his previous firm’s multiemployer participation, including serving on the actuary and consultant’s committee, and often speaking at the annual conference. He graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a B.S. in Economics and Math and has an MBA from Purdue University. Bruce is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary.
