In Memoriam: Mike Kaplan

September 29, 1941 – January 28, 2026

We honor the memory of Mike Kaplan, a former Rael & Letson CEO and president, and a cherished member of the Rael & Letson family. We are grateful for the time we shared and will always remember his dedication to his clients, family and friends, as well as his sound leadership of Rael & Letson. Leave a tribute.

Mike worked with Rael & Letson from 2002 until his retirement early last year. Those of us who had the opportunity to work with Mike know that he was a wonderful colleague who had a long and distinguished actuarial and consulting career. We will miss him and are thinking of his family and the lasting impact he made.
