SOC 2® Type II CompliantProtecting client data and maintaining the highest standards of security are core priorities for Rael & Letson. As part of this commitment, we have successfully completed a rigorous SOC 2 Type II audit, conducted by an independent third-party auditor.

The SOC 2 Type II audit report provides detailed assurance regarding the design and operating effectiveness of our controls related to:

  • Security – Information and systems are protected against unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure of information, and damage to systems that could compromise availability, integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of information or systems.
  • Availability – Information and systems are available for operation and use.
  • Processing Integrity – System processing is complete, valid, accurate, timely, and authorized.
  • Confidentiality – Information designated as confidential is protected.
  • Privacy – Personal information is collected, used, retained, disclosed, and disposed of appropriately.

SOC 2 audits are based on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Trust Services Criteria. They are the established industry standard for assessing and evaluating internal controls for service organizations like ours.

Why SOC 2 Type II?

We have chosen to take a proactive stance on security and transparency, demonstrating that our systems and controls have undergone rigorous independent evaluation and meet or surpass industry benchmarks.

We make our SOC 2 Type II report available on request to clients, prospective clients, and established partners. Rael & Letson will undergo re-assessment annually to ensure our operational effectiveness and security are maintained.
